BHP-200 Premade Pouch Packing Machine
The Boevan BHP-200 is a horizontal premade pouch packing machine designed for automatic picking, opening, filling and sealing of preformed pouches. The machine is suitable for doypack, 4-side sachet, 3-side seal pouches, and shaped bag. The standard packaging speed is 40-60 pouches per minute, depending on the product, pouch size and filling requirements.

Product Overview
The BHP-200 is a horizontal pre-made pouch packaging machine featuring a simple 6-station design. It is suitable for packaging liquids, powders, granules, and other individual products (up to 1200ml capacity) in various types of flexible pouches, excluding those with spouts or zippers.
This automatic packaging machine utilizes a 304 stainless steel frame, with product-contact parts made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with food and pharmaceutical standards. It is commonly used for sauces, snacks, oral liquids, and detergent products.
