BHS-210D Dual Lane HFFS Flat Pouch Packing Machine
The Boevan BHS-210D is a duplex horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) packing machine designed for flat pouch packaging which can produce 80-100 pouches per minute. Paired with a multihead weigher, the machine is suitable for nuts, snacks, beans, dried fruit and other granular or irregular products.

Product Overview
BHS-210D high-speed flat pouch packaging machine features dual filling and sealing stations. It comprises 14 stations, handling the entire process from film unwinding and bag forming to cutting, opening, filling, sealing, and output. A station for spout insertion can also be reserved.
The equipment frame is made of 304 stainless steel, and the product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP standards in the market.

Dual-lane horizontal form fill seal packaging system. Can be integrated with multi-head weighers, servo pumps, screw feeders, and tablet counters to achieve automatic weighing and filling. Packaging speed: 80-100 pouches per minute. Suitable for powder, liquid, granular and irregular products. Supports 3-side seal, 4-side seal and Twin-Link flat pouches. Optional features such as zippers, spouts, labeling, QR code inspection, and date printing are available.
