The BHP-210/240 automatic premade pouch packing machine designed for Doypack, Zipper, Spout and Flat Pouches. It is a horizontal type machine that can fully-auto pick, open, fill and seal ready-made pouches With 110–240 mm pouch width range, 120–320 mm pouch length range and speeds of 40–60 ppm, it provides a flexible solution for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and daily chemical packaging.

Smart Pouch Detection
The No Pouch, No Fill, No Seal function detects pouch opening conditions and feeding. If a pouch is not opened correctly or missing , the filling and sealing process can be stopped to help reduce product and pouch waste. The system skips the filling and sealing steps for this bag, thereby reducing product and packaging waste and allowing for reuse.
