BHS-180T Twin-Bag Flat Sachet Packing Machine
A horizontal pouch packing machine that forms, fills and seals two connected flat sachets in each cycle, delivering up to 120–160 individual sachets per minute at 60–80 twin-bag cycles per minute. This HFFS machine produces two connected sachets per cycle — ideal for capsules, tablets, supplements, powders and other single-dose products.

The BHS-180T is a twin-bag horizontal form fill seal machine. The equipment can simultaneously form two connected small bags in each work cycle, and then fill different products into them respectively — which is why it is the workhorse behind high-volume capsule, tablet and single-dose supplement lines.
This machine can be perfectly integrated with feeding devices such as track counters for capsules and tablets; spiral weighing feeders for powders and granules; and servo pumps. Sachets can be delivered as connected twin-links for the consumer to tear apart, or cut into singles inline.
For pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications, the BHS-180T can be configured with suitable hygienic and compliance-oriented options, depending on project requirements. These may include 316L product-contact components, laminar flow protection, CIP/SIP solutions and traceability functions.
How Does the BHS-180T Twin-Bag Packing Machine Work?

The BHS-180T uses a horizontal form-fill-seal process to create two connected sachets during each production cycle. Depending on the product and configuration, the machine can simultaneously feed two (or more) different materials into separate bags.
