BHP-280D Duplex Horizontal Premade Pouch Packing Machine
The BHP-280D Duplex Horizontal Premade Pouch Packing Machine is an automatic pick-fill-seal system designed for efficient packaging of pre-made pouches. With a dual-station pouch picking, filling and sealing system, the BHP-280D can process up to 80–100 pouches per minute. It is suitable for Flat Pouches and Doypacks containing powders, granules, liquids, viscous products, solids and tablets.

Duplex Premade Pouch Packaging

The BHP-280D utilizes a dual-stage bag-opening process—incorporating auxiliary air blowing and bag-opening detection—to ensure that pre-made bags are fully and correctly opened prior to filling. This helps reduce filling problems caused by incomplete pouch opening and supports more stable automatic operation.
Two-Stage Pouch Sealing
The machine uses heat sealing followed by cooling sealing. The first sealing step creates the pouch seal, while the cooling stage helps stabilize the sealed area. Sealing temperature and machine parameters can be adjusted according to pouch material and production requirements.
